GIBRALTAR ROCK GIVES $1,000 TO FOOD PANTRY REPRESENTATIVE

Gibraltar Rock of Belle Mead is a hard rock quarry. It is based in the state of New Jersey in USA. The famous place is located off Route 206 just north of Princeton. The quarry which is literally a huge mine of stones has them removed extensively for the construction purposes.

Children’s charities & community care activities in We Care Project will be dedicate to one of the Gibraltar charities through We Care Activity Books. Visit www.wecaregib.com for more information.

The quarry recently gave a check of one thousand dollars to Montgomery Township food pantry as it does every year. The cheque was given to a food pantry representative on the 8th of November. The quarry is rich in a variety of stones including high grade Diabase, Traprock and Argillite.

The quarry was recently acquired and brought over by the famous the Silvi Group Companies which was in turn formed by the late Laurence Silvi, Sr. in the year 1947. Silvi Group got the quarry in the month of June in 2009 from the earlier owners 3M Corporation. The massive 1400 acres land has a tremendous 250 million ton of reserves as far as rich stones are concerned.

Gibraltar Rock is in the mean time very much environment conscious and tries its best to alter the face of the region as little as possible while the mining of stones.

We Care Project makes children aware of the significance of philanthropic giving to others. Visit www.wecaregib.com for more information.
